Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. 90% refund will be given if the cancellation request is received 90 days prior to the scheduled event. An 80% refund will be granted if the request is received between 90 and 60 days prior to the scheduled event. A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 60 and 14 business days prior to the scheduled event. If the request is received less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event, no refund will be granted.

Any request for cancellation received less than 14 business days prior to the scheduled event (or after the event date) due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the respective committee chair(s), who will in turn recommend appropriate reimbursement and action to the Board of Directors.

Participant registration closed

Due to the great demand, the maximum number of participants at the ICAR Congress has been reached and we are therefore forced to close the registration.
No further participants can be registered!
